The decor of Hammerhai is designed to be both colourful and eclectic – the interior is a blend of textures and tones from the 1970s, with a focus on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bar is the result of a collaboration between Dagny Thurmann-Moe, the founder of KOI Colour Studio, and Misgina Ghebremeskel, the owner of the bar. The decor features a mesmerizing wallpaper by Pierre Frey, copper stools and Moroccan zelliges, tables painted by Norwegian artist Elise Hisdal and pieces by Sudanese artist Fad Labi. The bar also features tables outside in the sun, which is perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the waterfront views.
